Need a comprehensive understanding of the financial responsibility attached to the use of your contractor's license? This course is for you! Developed specifically for construction contractors licensed under Florida Statute Chapter 489 Part 1, this two-day course details the business and financial responsibilities attached to the use of our licenses. Course content and discussion includes: qualifying agent and unlicensed principal responsibilities and disciplinary actions; job scopes as defined by statutes and local ordinances, mismanagement and misconduct definitions, lien law obligations to protect the public and subcontractor contracts including notice reuqirements and forms completion, using the state's website to manage the use of our licenses, review of accounting procedures and job costing practices, review of financial statements.... and MORE!
