If you've been disciplined by the state DBPR and are required to take a course in "Financial Responsibility", this is the course you need! We will make special arrangements to work with you one-on-one if no classes have been specifically scheduled. The course is an in-depth study of the financial responsibility attached to the use of your contractor's license and was developed specifically for construction contractors. This two-day course includes: qualifying agent and unlicensed principal responsibilities and disciplinary actions; job scopes as defined by statutes and local ordinances, mismanagement and misconduct definitions, lien law obligations to protect the public and subcontractor contracts including notice reuqirements and forms completion, using the state's website to manage the use of our licenses, review of accounting procedures and job costing practices, review of financial statements.... and MORE!
