On March 15, 2012 the 2010 Florida Codes become effective. This course will overview the changes, specifically outlining the new wind speed maps, exposure categories, and alternative methodologies for calculating residential windloads. Should you want to continue your learning in-depth, we offer the Residential Wind Load Technician course which allows Division I contractors to calculate your own residential wind loads.
